additional characters are for people who are already members only.
if you have one player whom we have already accepted into the group then you qualify.
to make another character, just follow the same steps you took to make your first character and submit the app into the pending characters board and it will be reviewed. you will get into trouble if you try to submit a character that you know doesn't follow the character guidelines.
