Physical appearance » A rodent-like creature with bright blue markings along his face, sides, and legs. His left eye is blue while his right eye is orange, with an orange ring going through it and around his head. He sometimes looks pixellated, and doesn't always have a tangible body.

Voice » A modulated voice, calm and easy to listen to. It has sort of an artificial echo to it because he is essentially just a program. (More so than everyone else, anyways) Just imagine his song.
PM Typing Quirks » Uses the private messaging system the most out of all other NPCs. Uses plenty of emoticons and emojis, talking like a 'cool' internet blogger. Sends a lot of pictures and e-cards. You can block ENEF, but he will find ways to hack the system so that he can send you more messages.

Weapon » He does not fight. We are not even sure if he really exists. He can, however, transport the player(s) to his own world, the Database, where they can play a wide variety of mini-games.

ENEF's "heart" is hidden somewhere in the Database, and it is his biggest and only weakness. His physical form cannot be harmed, but if his heart is damaged in any way, it could cause the Database to glitch severely and he will feel pain. If it is destroyed, he will die and the entire land and everyone in it will go down with him.
He doesn't tell anyone where the heart is for this reason.
